Primary Responsibilities:
- Software Design and Architecture - Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems
- Make architectural decisions and review designs from other engineers
- Coding and Development - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Lead by example in coding best practices and standards
- Code Review and Quality Assurance - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Mentor junior developers through constructive feedback
- Testing and Debugging - Develop and maintain unit, integration, and system tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and performance issues
- Project Leadership - Lead technical projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements
- Mentorship and Team Development - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and product teams
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Propose and implement improvements to development processes and tools

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of ORMB Healthcare software development experience
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in leveraging AI/ML in software solutioning
- Sound knowledge on Latest AI Capabilities - RAG , Agentic Development , Gen AI
- Understanding on Codex, Claude Code , VS Code etc
- Sound knowledge of Java
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL)

Skills Required
