DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Reporting to Technical Manager We are looking for a system Engineer to support and grow the EN Tier 2 product’s business.
This position is responsible for the provision of products and services technical sales and support
As the System Engineer, you will:
Perform Proof of Concept ( POC )
Create Technical Proposal and conduct product presentation to Partner/End-user
Perform technical enablement to Partners / End-users
Create BOQ and supporting as Technical to sales for selling the product
Responsible for Installation/Maintenance works
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal System Engineer:
Have strong experience on endpoint security (EDR/XDR) solutions is a plus ( Sentinel One , Cortex XDR Pro, etc)
Have experience on SSE Technology is a plus (Netskope , Paloalto Prisma Access , etc)
Have experience on IAM and IGA Solutons is a plus ( OKTA , Sailpoint , Saviynt , etc)
Have Experience on Mail Security is a plus ( Mimecast , Proopoint , Fortimail , etc)
Have Experience on DDI Solution is a plus ( Infoblox, EfficientIP ,etc)
Honest and have strong passion to learn new thing is mandatory
Able to work as a team
Able to do well presentation
