System Engineer (Bangladesh)

About the Role

Supporting corporate and wireless and physical network infrastructure and clients including desktop and system support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.

What You’ll Do

• Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches

• Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting

• Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer 

• File & Print Services design and troubleshooting

• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

• Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)

• Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).

• Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.

What You Have

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an IT company or related technical role

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network issue resolution
