Own end-to-end development of high-traffic claims, appointments, and payment-posting workflows. Build scalable full-stack features, APIs, data models, tests, dashboards, logging, and alerting for data-dense healthcare billing surfaces. Collaborate with product, design, and billing operations, review code and designs, improve technical standards, and mentor teammates. The role also involves bulk processing, healthcare billing integrations, and selectively deploying LLM-powered productivity features.

Build and operate production AI email agents for healthcare RCM: design agent harnesses, backend APIs (Python/FastAPI), React operator interfaces, PostgreSQL schemas, integrations, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and reliability. Own full sales cycle for enterprise healthcare customers in a Texas territory; build pipeline, negotiate contracts, close large ($1M+) deals, expand accounts, hit quota, and manage forecasts and customer relationships.

Own revenue growth analysis for an RCM product, delivering quarterly performance presentations, diagnosing revenue fluctuations, benchmarking customer outcomes, and recommending process improvements. Launch revenue-generating initiatives across customers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Sales, and Operations.
