Vehicular Integration projects to oversee the architecture, design, integration, complex defense systems around d military vehicles. You will be responsible for the "big picture" of our solution development, ensuring that all subsystems (mechanical, electrical, and thermal) work together seamlessly to meet customer requirements.
In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.
Today the Group employs more than 1,000 people across nine sites in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and manage technical
requirements from stakeholders. You’ll translate "needs" into "specifications."
• System Architecture: Define the high-level structure of the solution,
including how different components interact and interface with one another.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks (failure points) early in the design cycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Systems Engineering Coaching: Interface with systems engineers systems engineer to ensure smooth implementation of architecture and provide guidance.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact between mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Tools: Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) MATLAB/Simulink, and requirements tools like Polarion or IBM DOORS.
• Analysis: Ability to perform Trade Studies, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Root Cause Analysis.
