Maintains the data flow and integrity of the MMIS system to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient use of supply chain data.

Develops and implements data management plans and process improvements to standardize data system wide

Analyzes and audits data to identify and correct erroneous data, and coordinates the consolidation of redundant data throughout the system

Researches and remedies data anomalies at their root source, and takes a hands on approach to data cleaning as required

Uses expertise in appropriate tools to profile data, identify business rules, develop assessment test, remediation, and track cleansing activities

Provides data definitions, establishes quality expectations and ensures compliance to those expectations including additions, deletions, and changes to the master item file

Provides end user training, and problems solving activities
Minimum Job Requirements/Preferred Skills
-
Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of two years of experience as a supply chain professional or business analyst working with a materials management information system (MMIS) or related systems.

Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong analytical ability necessary to make complex comparisons and recommendations for improvements and changes to best meet Children's needs in terms of both supply chain-related systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with Children's systems users, leadership, clinical and medical staff, and vendors.

Ability to work on a self-directed or independent basis.

Advanced level computer skills and well-versed in the Windows environment to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint experience.

Experience and/or ability to implement and maintain materials management information systems within a professional supply chain environment. Strong preference for Workday or other web-based MMIS experience, as well as other healthcare systems applications.

Willingness to maintain a current functional and technical skillset related to all MMIS application development.

Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
