Requirements
- 3+ years of Analysis experience within Salesforce
- Experience with integrations (REST API)
- Experience with describing specifications via Swagger
- Experience with deployment process
- Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, UML, BPMN
- Experience with SQL, SOQL queries and relational databases
- Having salesforce certificates would be a plus (Salesforce administrator or Salesforce consultant)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce integration projects.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and the Salesforce developers team, ensuring that the solutions developed meet business requirements.
- Collaboration with QA engineers
- Design, implement and manage advanced custom fields, forms, workflows, and other Salesforce elements.
- Support all stages of the system development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Perform Salesforce administration functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, data models, and process flows.
- Assist with training and provide post-implementation support to users, ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce
- Showing demonstration of developed features to the Business stakeholders
