We are currently seeking a seasoned Site Operational Excellance Lead to join our dynamic team providing support to production sites in Kruševac. This pivotal role is essential in developing plans and functionality of departments and services in Production.
Site Operational Excellance Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and support Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives and improvement projects across all site departments.
- Lead strategic transformation plan aligned with customer and business expectations at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
- Implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring consistency with company standards.
- Facilitate problem-solving workshops and root cause analyses.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on continuous improvement tools and techniques for employees at all levels on site.
- Support the deployment and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance boards.
- Support and monitor work to make it measurable, consistent and predictable.
- Ensure project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to management are completed on time and with high quality.
- Oversee and manage site operational projects aimed at reducing costs through productivity, quality and efficiency improvement.
- Cooperate with the site management team and the regional Operational Excellence network to share knowledge and replicate best practices.
- Promote a culture of operational discipline, engagement, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Proactivity and focus on the result;
- Proven organizational skills;
- Proven experience and knowledge of production management, preferably in a similar role or industry;
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise and influence management decisions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage;
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement;
- Fluent in English ( both written and spoken).
