System Analyst- Manufacturing - Junior

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Role Summary: The Junior Business Analyst supports the analysis of business processes, gathers and documents requirements, and assists in delivering data-driven insights. This role works closely with senior business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to help improve efficiency, reporting, and system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), business requirement documents (BRD), and user stories Conduct basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support business decisions Support process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating results Maintain documentation and ensure changes are tracked properly Support communication between business users and technical teams Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus Preferred Skills: Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodology Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Basic understanding of databases or business intelligence tools Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies: Attention to detail Logical thinking Stakeholder coordination Time management Team collaboration"
