Primary Focus:
- Product and Service Expertise: Become an expert in your product and the services it uses.
- Participate in the product lifecycle: Participate in the design, development, testing, launch, and maintenance of the product.
- Business Process Modeling: Describe high-level and detailed business processes for your product.
- Creating Instructions: Create instructions for your product.
- Designing Systems and REST APIs: Design information systems and REST APIs independently or jointly with developers.
- Preparing Technical Assignments: Create Technical Assignments for development for contractors.
- Developing Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done: Create Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done for the tasks of your own development team.
- Interacting with Contractors and Service Providers: Negotiate with contractors and track their development deadlines and bug fixes; Negotiate with service providers and track their development deadlines and bug fixes.
- Incident Analysis and Process Optimization: Analyze and investigate customer incidents to identify bugs and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in modeling processes in BPMN.
- Confident use of Excel (creating pivot tables, comparing data).
- Readiness to work independently.
- Readiness to work in an office with a distributed team.
It will be a plus:
- Experience in commercial development in any role of the product team.
- Experience in developing insurance products and services.
- Technical or mathematical higher education and participation in Olympiads
- Experience in an insurance company, fintech or bank.
- Experience in using relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in modeling in UML.
- Knowledge of application architecture.
- Knowledge of the principles of message queues.
- Understanding of REST API principles.
- API testing skills using Postman.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of languages:
- Russian – fluent;
- English – confident;
- Uzbek – desirable.
