What You Will Do:

- Participating in the design, development, testing, launch, and maintenance of the product;

- Gathering requirements from stakeholders, communicating with the development team and the product owner;

- Analyzing the current system, high-level design of changes, preparing technical specifications and documentation, and breaking down tasks;

- Investigating client incidents to identify issues and optimize processes.

We Are Looking For:

- Experience with BPMN 2.0 notations and UML diagrams;

- High-level system design skills;

- Task decomposition, technical documentation, and specification writing skills;

- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST approach;

- Knowledge of database structures and Kafka;

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;

- Curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset;

- Analytical and problem-solving thinking, attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

- Higher education in technical or mathematical fields;

- Experience in fintech and/or banking;

- Commercial experience in a product team;

- Experience with ERD and CJM modeling;

- Experience using SQL queries and working with relational databases;
- API testing skills using Postman;

- Proficiency in Excel.

Languages:

- Russian – fluent;

- English – proficient;

- Uzbek – preferred.
