We are looking for talented individuals with System|Business analytics experience to join our team!
Primary Focus:
- Participating in the design, development, testing, launch, and maintenance of the product;
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders, communicating with the development team and the product owner;
- Analyzing the current system, high-level design of changes, preparing technical specifications and documentation, and breaking down tasks;
- Investigating client incidents to identify issues and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 notations and UML diagrams;
- High-level system design skills;
- Task decomposition, technical documentation, and specification writing skills;
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST approach;
- Knowledge of database structures and Kafka;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset;
- Analytical and problem-solving thinking, attention to detail.
