Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and services to evaluate technical feasibility of their migration and unification
- Collect and document system requirements, workflows, and integration points
- Map dependencies and outline potential risks during service transitions
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to define the target architecture
- Create migration scenarios, data mappings, and process documentation
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of the migration
- Participate in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria for system validation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or complex software environments
- Experience working on infrastructure/system transformation or migration initiatives
- Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns
- Proficiency in business and technical documentation: requirements specs, BPMN/UML diagrams, and data flows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to independently structure tasks, drive delivery, and manage ambiguity
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) is a plus
