POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior SAP OTC/LE Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions. This role works closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support order management, logistics, shipping, billing, and customer service processes.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong SAP SD/LE consultant with hands-on configuration expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience participating in end-to-end SAP implementation and support engagements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
SAP Configuration & Implementation
Configure SAP SD and Logistics Execution modules based on business requirements.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Execute configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities.
Business Process Support
Support and optimize SAP OTC/LE business processes, including Customer Master, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Shipping, Transportation, Intercompany Sales, and Third-Party Processing.
Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable, SAP standard solutions aligned with best practices.
SAP Support
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, Troubleshot complex SAP functional issues.
Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects within SLA timelines.
Support month-end and year-end business activities.
Documentation & Quality
Prepare functional and configuration documentation, support testing and defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables through effective change management.

SAP OTC: Customer Master, Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Output Management, and IDocs.
SAP Logistics Execution (LE): Shipping, Picking, Packing, Transportation, Route Determination, and Goods Issue.
SAP S/4HANA: Fiori, Business Partner, Output Management, and Embedded Analytics.
Cross-Functional Integration: Proven experience integrating SAP OTC/LE with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and external systems using Middleware, APIs, ALE/IDocs, and Web Services.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
7–10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD/OTC and Logistics Execution.
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is preferred.
Experience in AMS, enhancements, rollout, and implementation engagements.
