Lead end-to-end SAP MM and WM implementations, rollouts, support, and warehouse transformation initiatives. Leads initiatives to improve financial business processes through technology, automation, and optimization. Partners with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements, define solutions, configure and implement systems, conduct testing, resolve issues, and drive scalable continuous improvements. The role translates business needs into functional specifications, leads cross-functional teams, maintains process documentation, and provides guidance on financial systems and technology solutions.

Provides strategic legal counsel for Owens & Minor’s Products business, covering commercial contracting, FDA-regulated products, quality, regulatory compliance, procurement, supply chain, marketing, risk management, disputes, and product stewardship. Leads complex negotiations, investigations, legal initiatives, and cross-functional projects while advising senior stakeholders and managing outside counsel. Develops legal processes, templates, training, and risk mitigation strategies.

Leads complex indirect procurement categories, particularly Finance and Consulting Services. Develops category strategies, sourcing plans, supplier portfolios, and negotiation approaches; manages RFPs, supplier performance, savings targets, risk mitigation, and contract support. Builds executive stakeholder relationships, partners with Finance, Legal, and Compliance, supports procurement governance and analytics, and mentors junior procurement professionals. The role requires strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, financial analysis, and digital procurement capabilities.

Leads indirect procurement category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, workforce and HR services procurement, cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement governance. Manages categories including contingent labor, MSPs, VMS, RPO, employee benefits, learning and development, and HR services. Partners with executive HR stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and Compliance, supervises procurement staff, and uses digital procurement and analytics tools to improve business value.

Leads indirect IT category strategies, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, procurement initiatives, and technology vendor management. Oversees software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, AI, and IT services procurement while delivering savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements. Partners with executive IT, Legal, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders, manages procurement analytics and digital tools, and directly supervises procurement team members through coaching, prioritization, and performance management.

Manages strategic sourcing, category planning, supplier relationships, negotiations, and indirect procurement initiatives for hardware and telecommunications categories. Develops sourcing strategies, leads RFPs and negotiations, evaluates suppliers, tracks savings, mitigates risk, and partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders. Advises on procurement processes and market dynamics, uses digital procurement and analytics tools, supports supplier performance improvements, and mentors junior team members.

Supervise warehouse and distribution operations, manage team schedules and performance, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs across safety, quality, productivity, and turnover; coach and develop teammates; resolve service issues; support customer implementations; and coordinate with account management, transportation, and operations teams.

Supports finance leadership with supply chain expense forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI tracking, scenario planning, ROI analysis, and performance reporting. Configure incentives, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, pricing, accruals, settlements, agreements, and custom enhancements. Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, S/4HANA migration, compliance controls, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and consultant mentoring.

Analyzes, designs, and improves operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks and root causes, develops and tests process improvements, builds cost-benefit cases, monitors performance metrics, and supports capacity planning. Partners with operations, automation, and IT teams to implement process and system changes across distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.

Leads process automation delivery by managing process engineering and execution project teams. Oversees process improvement analysis, business cases, deployment, cutover, stabilization, roadmap development, and program metrics including savings, throughput, and ROI. Partners with solution architecture and integration teams to align process design with technical delivery, while escalating risks, resource constraints, and timeline issues. The role requires experience in program management, process engineering, operations management, and preferably distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
