Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, S/4HANA migration, compliance controls, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and consultant mentoring.

Leads indirect procurement initiatives, sourcing pipelines, process improvements, governance, reporting, and transformation efforts. Coordinates cross-functional projects, tracks milestones, risks, savings, and performance metrics, and supports procurement technology, workflow automation, stakeholder alignment, change management, and executive reporting. Ensures compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards while improving efficiency, cycle times, and organizational effectiveness.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for resins, latex, chemicals, and other commodity raw materials. Lead supplier diversification, contract negotiations, index-linked pricing, cost modeling, risk mitigation, and savings initiatives. Partner with operations, finance, legal, R&D, and product management to protect margins and supply continuity. Track commodity markets, supplier KPIs, sustainability, and P&L impacts while coaching regional procurement teams and communicating recommendations to senior leadership.

Analyzes, designs, and improves operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks and root causes, develops and tests process improvements, builds cost-benefit cases, monitors performance metrics, and supports capacity planning. Partners with operations, automation, and IT teams to implement process and system changes across distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.

Leads process automation delivery by managing process engineering and execution project teams. Oversees process improvement analysis, business cases, deployment, cutover, stabilization, roadmap development, and program metrics including savings, throughput, and ROI. Partners with solution architecture and integration teams to align process design with technical delivery, while escalating risks, resource constraints, and timeline issues. The role requires experience in program management, process engineering, operations management, and preferably distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to operational leadership, overseeing employee relations, engagement, performance management, talent initiatives, compensation coordination, compliance, staffing analysis, and organizational effectiveness. Provides coaching and counsel to leaders and teammates, leads change management, supports recruiting and retention, ensures employment-law compliance, and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent services. The role requires up to 25% travel.

Provides technical ownership and production support for supply chain planning platforms, including SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI, and SAP CIDS. Designs and optimizes integrations, troubleshoots planning and inventory systems, translates business requirements into technical solutions, coordinates offshore IT teams, maintains technical documentation, and improves system performance, scalability, and data quality. Supports supply chain transformation initiatives and provides limited travel and on-call support.

Manages the L&D team, budget, vendors, technologies, analytics, and performance measurement. Partners with commercial, sales, HR, marketing, and talent leaders to address capability gaps, improve workforce readiness, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business results across a geographically dispersed organization.

Provide functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP Warehouse Management across inbound, outbound, staging, replenishment, inventory, and production processes. Support RF transactions, warehouse integration with MM, SD, PP, and LE, incident resolution, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities. Coordinate with global business and IT teams while supporting continuous improvements and warehouse transformation initiatives.

Supervises warehouse and transportation functions, including teammate scheduling, coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning. Ensures safety, quality, productivity, and turnover KPIs are achieved. Coordinates customer service, pick-pack-ship requirements, deliveries, new customer conversions, and cross-functional operations. Maintains adherence to warehouse and transportation procedures while applying continuous improvement and process standardization practices.

Owner of territory commercial performance, the TSE develops and executes account and territory strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and retention targets. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, account planning, cross-functional coordination, pricing within guardrails, deal pursuit and closing, CRM management, and regular QBRs. Must build executive relationships and expand product/service penetration across health systems.

Leads enterprise supply planning strategy, transformation, systems enablement, data governance, process excellence, and capability development. Builds multi-year roadmaps, standardizes planning processes, deploys and optimizes platforms such as SAP IBP and Kinaxis, improves analytics and data quality, and drives organizational change. Partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Finance, Commercial, and executive leaders to improve inventory, capacity, service levels, resilience, and planning maturity across global operations.

Leads HR strategy, business partnership, organizational effectiveness, and strategic initiative execution. Advises senior leaders on workforce planning, talent, change management, and HR operating improvements. Establishes project governance, oversees cross-functional initiatives, manages budgets and resources, develops executive and Board-ready communications, and drives continuous improvement across HR. Builds alignment among HR teams and business stakeholders while leading HR professionals and enabling enterprise transformation.

Coordinate and deliver hands-on safety and operational training for warehouse material handling equipment, maintain training records and compliance audits, onboard new employees, communicate safety initiatives, and assist warehouse staff with picking and inbound/outbound tasks when not performing training duties.

Lead analytical function determining inventory and customer placement across a ~50-node distribution network. Build demand-weighted placement models, KPIs, and financial analyses to reduce transfer costs and service failures. Collaborate cross-functionally, support DC capacity and lease decisions, mentor analysts, and present network recommendations to senior leadership.
