Brighton Health Plan Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment setups, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users and implementing cybersecurity measures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
- Manage and update IT documentation and support tickets.
- Provide training and education on cybersecurity practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- General knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
