Manage relationships for a portfolio of large self-funded employer, TPA, and commercial accounts. Drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals, engagement, and service expansion through proactive communication, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, analytics, and strategic guidance. Support implementations, account launches, integrations, and client meetings while maintaining records in Salesforce and internal systems. Travel to client meetings and industry conferences is required.

Leads enterprise infrastructure strategy, cloud transformation, migration, modernization, platform reliability, technology operations, resilience, and cybersecurity oversight. Owns cloud governance, security, compliance, risk management, SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs, HIPAA security compliance, incident response, identity management, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Reports to the CIO and presents to board and risk committees while managing technology budgets, vendors, enterprise platforms, and a multidisciplinary organization supporting mission-critical operations.

Review high-dollar facility and physician/ancillary claims for accurate pricing, billing, DRG assignment and drug reimbursements; develop tracking reports; collaborate with CMO, Legal, vendors and other stakeholders.
