System Administrator - Key Responsibilities
1) User Support : Providing support to end-users for IT-related issues. Troubleshooting hardware (OS installation and adding machines to the domain), software (Outlook, printer installation), and network problems, network cables, and I/O box crimping and resolving them in a timely manner.
2) Monitoring Systems : Monitoring the performance and availability of IT systems, networks, and services.
3) Basic Troubleshooting : Conducting basic troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve common IT issues.
4) Incident Management : logging, prioritizing, and escalating incidents reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
