Fluidra’s seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Atlanta, GA. 

  

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  

The Systems Administrator serves as the hands-on systems administrator for managing an enterprise Microsoft Windows system infrastructure and supporting systems implementation related to Microsoft Azure & M365, VMware, Tanium, Active Directory and GPO, SAN storage, Backup/Recovery, Server and Application Monitoring Tools, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, and Disaster Recovery. Additionally, you will:  

  

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support Windows Server, including software and hardware installation/configuration. 
  • Design, Implement, and troubleshoot virtualization using VMware/VXRail. 
  • Use Tanium to patch and maintain our server and endpoint environments.  
  • Maintain server environment stability by reviewing monitoring tools and applying patches after testing. 
  • Perform database administration tasks, including configuration management, backup/recovery, performance optimization, and space management. 
  • Participate in infrastructure design planning and implementation. 
  • Lead Infrastructure projects and perform project management tasks as required. 
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently. 
  • Document all routine tasks, incidents, change management scheduling and tracking, and database policies and standards. 
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation in Tanium. 
  • Interact with customers, management, and staff on a technical level, as required 
  • Serve as the technical expert in Server systems administration and systems management 
  • Responsible for monitoring system performance, network, and storage utilization 
  • Provide support with escalated help desk requests via Service Now 
  • Improve/update new systems and deployment plans 
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve operational efficiency 
  • Perform troubleshooting as needed, assist with problem-solving efforts, involve other teams, partners, and outside vendors 
  • Experience and working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory 
  • Cross-train and instruct other IT team members on specialized skills/training; 
  • Perform tasks as required by management/supervisory staff; 
  • Provide after-hours support for infrastructure weekend maintenance and related emergencies 
  • 25% of travel (Domestic or international) 

  

  

WHAT WE SEEK 

  • 3+ years of working experience as an expert-level Windows System Administrator 
  • Proven experience working in highly collaborative environments. 
  • Expert understanding of Windows server trends and best practices 
  • Expertise in securing systems, providing audit evidence, Cluster/HA, and standards implementation 
  • Automation (PowerShell, etc…) a plus 
  • Tanium administration is a plus 
  • Strong troubleshooting/performance tuning skills required. 
  • Ability to diagnose problems and triage/resolve issues across various tiers (application, network, database, server, middleware, or storage tiers). 

  

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training
