Everforth ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its work in Quantico, VA office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting enterprise network, server, virtualization, storage, firewall, and supporting infrastructure.
- Support Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure and associated enterprise services.
- Develop and implement Splunk dashboards.
- Oversee the nightly backup process including media swaps at the data center.
- Manage the patch download and deployment for the Microsoft components using WSUS.
- Provide end user support for USMC web application including troubleshooting issues in a multi-tier web application, user provisioning, and answering general questions.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, cybersecurity requirements, and vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain and contribute to technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and annual system documentation reviews.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience systems administration, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity hardening principles and secure enterprise environments.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must possess DoD 8140 certification, (CompTIA Security+ CE) or obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to work on-site at MCB Quantico.
Salary Range: $85,000 – 135,000
