Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator with experience deploying, securing and maintaining Windows Server at an enterprise scale leveraging industry leading standards and automation
Responsibilities Include:

• Support and maintain Windows Server at an enterprise level
• Responsible for multiple Windows Server technologies including Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Windows Failover Clustering
• Design and develop scripts for system administration and configuration management
• Ensure all compliance requirements and audit efforts are met
• Interfacing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• HS with 8+ years of experience or equivalent BS with 4+ years of experience
• Extensive experience with Windows Server 2012 and above
• Analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions
• Experience with Windows Group Policy and Active Directory
• Experience with VMware vSphere
• Working knowledge of Dell PowerEdge
• Experience writing and debugging PowerShell scripts for system administration
• Strong written communication skills; must be able to write clear, concise technical documentation
• Excellent time management, decision-making, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactively seek to expand knowledge and skills through self-study and other training

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
