About Antithesis

We provide a platform that enables engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs that traditional testing approaches miss. Antithesis runs your entire system in a deterministic simulation, breaks it in every way imaginable, and hands you a root cause and a perfect reproduction — no flaky tests, no false positives, no "works on my machine". This allows engineering teams to debug faster and ship with greater confidence.

The rise of AI-generated code has made what we do more important than ever. Agents can write code faster than any human — but faster code isn't better code if it's buggy, stuck in review, or issues are slipping through the cracks undetected. The verification bottleneck is real and it's growing. This is exactly the problem Antithesis exists to solve. We've been quietly reinventing how the world thinks about software reliability, and we're just getting started.

We're well-funded, deeply technical, and building a platform that tackles one of the most complex yet important problems in modern software engineering. If that sounds like fun to you, keep reading.

About the Role

We’re looking for somebody to build and operate a full Go-To-Market (GTM) systems stack. You’ll spend some time stitching together existing SaaS tools and some time building solutions custom to us that overall result in a system that ensures data quality and system reliability, while providing automation and seamless workflows for a fast-growing sales team. This role assumes deep internal knowledge of Salesforce and associated tools.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves making systems work elegantly, enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and wants to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup. Success here will have measurable revenue impact, and there will be compensation upside to match.

What You’ll Do
  • Build an end-to-end revenue operating system used to ensure the smooth operation of a growing pre- and post-sales team, covering everything from pipeline analytics, sales opportunity tracking, customer health monitoring, product usage, and forecasting.

  • Create and maintain automations, workflows, validation rules, and integrations across systems that ensure consistent data quality and semantics.

  • Build these systems in accordance with sophisticated engineering principles so that the whole configuration is easy to audit or modify.

  • Propose which SaaS tools to keep and which to drop or develop in-house.

  • Partner with Sales, BDR, SE, CSM, CSE, Alliances, and Support teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business.

  • Support opportunity tracking by ensuring data accuracy and alignment between Salesforce and Gong.

  • Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records.

  • Lead some implementation projects and partner with external vendors for others.

  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources to help GTM teams get more value out of our tools.

  • Partner with our infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and scalable deployment.

  • Partner with our enablement team to ensure our sellers can use our go to market tooling.

  • Serve as an internal thought leader on GTM systems, architecture, and best practices.

What Success Looks Like
  • Salesforce becomes a clean, reliable, trusted source of truth for all GTM teams.
Forecasting accuracy improves because data is consistent everywhere.

  • BDR productivity increases due to well-maintained Outreach sequences and clean, enriched lead data.

  • System issues are identified and resolved proactively before they slow down reps or leadership.

  • GTM teams feel supported, understand how to use tools effectively, and can work faster with fewer errors.

  • You establish repeatable processes, documentation, and scalable system design that supports growth to $500M+ ARR.

  • Antithesis’ GTM system architecture becomes a competitive advantage — not a constraint.

What We’re Looking For
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, desire to win, ability to get things done, indifferent to organizational barriers.

  • 5-8 years administering Salesforce and other GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.

  • Direct experience managing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, and similar.

  • Facile with schema design, API-based integrations, APEX, and SOQL and/or other programming languages.

  • Ability to translate business needs into system designs that scale.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and limited bureaucracy.

  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with GTM leaders, reps, and technical teams.

  • Bonus: experience at a high-growth Series A–B enterprise SaaS company.

Why Join Us?
  • Extensive scope and impact across the entire GTM organization

  • High ownership, high trust, low bureaucracy

  • Collaborate with a fast-moving team that values autonomy and results

  • Help shape the growth strategy at a pivotal stage

  • Access to top-tier tools and leadership support

Skills Required

  • 3-5+ years administering Salesforce and GTM systems in B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise
  • Direct experience managing Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with data architecture, API-based system integrations, RevOps best practices
  • Working knowledge of Apex and SOQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business needs into system designs
  • Clear communication skills to work cross-functionally
