Objective: Support the Clients system through
ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable operations across NIPR and SIPR
environments, maintaining high availability, compliance, and operational
resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
operating system patching, infrastructure upgrades, and Security Technical
Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists.
- Maintain
and update system architecture documentation, including hardware lists,
topology diagrams, and database design documents.
- Implement
and maintain robust security baselines (NIST, CNSS, DISA STIG, USTRANSCOM)
across all environments.
- Ensure
compliance and requirements for data protection and privacy.
- Configure
and maintain security logging, structured auditing, distributed tracing,
and runtime telemetry.
- Leverage
management tools (Jira, Confluence) for structured engineering change
control, backlog refinement, and workflow alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience
supporting federal or DoD systems, including secure operations.
- Proficiency
cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Strong
understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience
with monitoring, logging, and incident response tools and practices.
- Excellent
documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability
to work onsite/ client site delivery

Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
- One to four years of experience
