Summary
We are seeking a System Administrator III skilled in Windows/Linux administration to support management and maintenance of our customer’s IT infrastructure, working onsite daily at the customer facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Windows and Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of the customer’s systems. The candidate will provide Microsoft Windows and Linux RHEL Support to Enterprise Infrastructure operations.
About the Role
Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning. May also design network and computer security measures. May research and recommend network and data
communications hardware and software.

- Maintaining a stable LAN/WAN environment
- Provide tech expertise in creating a Gold Image for Windows and Linux Systems
- Manage and mitigate and provide solutions to effectively manage vulnerabilities
- Design and manage a system that does Compliance checks right from Baseline to operations and in continuous mode
Requirements
- 8 – 12 years of experience with planning, designing, and installing virtual hardware/software/storage within an Enterprise data center
- Must have Azure Certification
- Should have complete and expert level knowledge of Ansible and Satellite
- Expert level knowledge on Microsoft and RHEL
- PKI infrastructure Management
- VMWare ESXi
Work environment
- This work is normally done onsite at the customer facility in College Park, MD
Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse and laptop
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, collaborating with team members
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8 years of applicable experience
- Microsoft Azure Certified
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

The base salary range for this position is: $137,309.64 - $187,963.17
