CACI has an exciting opportunity for qualified cleared professionals to join our team as a Systems Administrator I (SA) in the Fort Meade, MD area. You will use your years of experience in Systems Administration) to support the customer's strategies for advancing their national defense goals and objectives.  In this role, you will get the opportunity to provide support and maintain government IT systems that help support national defense operations. Your professional drive will provide you with the ability to work in a fast-past, mission focused environment engaged in everchanging technologies.

​​What YOU’LL get to do:

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems

• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning

Requirements for this position:

• TS/SCI w/POLY

• Five (5) or more years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs or contracts of similar scope

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline from an accredited college. (Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.)

• Experience with DOD/IC technical systems is preferred

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
