About the Role:
We're searching for a Systems Analyst focused on Finance and Legal systems to join Remitly's IT team, reporting to our Manager, Finance and Legal Systems. This new role will help scale our global IT systems and strategy. You'll help build our IT platform to support finance processes to operate at scale, building a best in class tech stack and automations between systems to achieve it.
You'll accomplish this by partnering closely with our Finance and Legal teams to enable efficiencies and automations in our systems processes. Your important work will directly improve how we operate as a business to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
You Will:
- Configure and maintain our ERP system (NetSuite), procurement system (Coupa), and other integrated applications to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, including upstream and downstream integrations with other tools.
- Implement improvements to financial processes supporting procurement, accounting operations, financial reporting, travel/expense, and legal contracting.
- Improve audit and SOX controls/procedures
- Maintain processes, governance, and discipline to help our systems scale with business growth.
You Have:
- 3+ years of progressive ERP/P2P experience, including at least 1 year with NetSuite or Coupa
- 2+ years working with applications such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Kyriba, Ironclad, and Workiva
- 1+ years working with travel and expense tools such asNavan, Concur, Egencia, or Expensify
- 1+ year working with iPaaS solutions such as Fivetran, Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato
- Strong alignment to our mission and values
- Expertise in Tech industry financial processes and designing systems to scale
- Ability to partner effectively with both IT team members and cross-functional business stakeholders
