As a Switchboard Operator at MercyOne Genesis, you will:
- Be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service for all calls processed at the switchboard communication center
- Provide immediate response in the proper manner to all emergency alarms and equipment alerts
- Monitor security areas as needed
Schedule:
- 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
- Every Saturday and Sunday
- Holiday rotation
Requirements:
- No experience required
Education:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
