As an Account Manager Agency Chains, you will lead and grow our portfolio and revenue from switch platforms (Riobok, Hyperguest, etc). This role owns the commercial relationships, manages platform performance, and drives incremental value across unmanaged markets and non-chain hotels.
This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe, preferably Portugal or Spain.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with all switch platforms.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, service level agreements, and exclusivity terms.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and address parity issues.
- Collaborate with the API team to ensure seamless integration and efficient onboarding.
- Coordinate with Regional and Chains teams to prevent channel conflicts.
- Drive expansion into new markets and improve feed quality in unmanaged destinations.
- Maximize platform ROI through regular performance reviews and supplier management.
- Relevant Experience. Minimum of 2 years in hotel distribution, travel tech, or bedbank strategy roles.
- Market Knowledge. In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, deep understanding of switch platforms and/or API connectivity.
- Language knowledge. Fluent in local language and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Travel Requirements. Up to 20% of travel time may be required;
- Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, good with numbers, excellent negotiation and commercial contracting skills. Strong analytical mind – comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
