Job Description

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team and is responsible for managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions.

The candidate will work as part of the CLM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the contract lifecycle management business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CLM application and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing solutions in iCertis’s contract lifecycle management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, document and support high quality solutions on Icertis CLM platform
  • Integrate Icertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other applications using Icertis connectors or by building custom solutions using webservices.
  • Preferably has hands-on experience in coding, architecture and designing solutions.
  • Preferably experienced in 1 full life cycle enterprise application implementations
  • Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives under guidance from senior team members
  • Flexible to work on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.
  • Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for delivering technical solutions for implementation and support related needs
  • Create technical documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
  • Support critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably 1+ years of relevant work experience in implementing Icertis CLM with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (or any other CRM system) and Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI CLM tool.
  • Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.net, jQuery, DB & SQL Server and CRM is preferred.
  • Preferably have experience in building database queries and procedures.
  • Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve software development issues.
  • Driven and self-motivated, work creatively to solve challenging problems
  • Willingness to work with different technologies
  • Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude and have out-of-box thinking attitude.
