We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Wholesale Digital Core experience Web and Mobile organization.
This role will be instrumental in transforming mobile experiences for our Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking clients in Lending, Foreign Exchange, and Capital Markets space by embedding AI-driven intelligence. The successful candidate will define and lead complex, enterprise-scale digital initiatives that deliver delightful, frictionless, secure, and consistent mobile experiences, while leveraging Generative AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights to shape the next generation of customer engagement. This is a role with broad influence across Wholesale Lending and Markets mobile product strategy, execution, governance, and cross-functional delivery.
In this role, you will:
Embed AI-driven capabilities into mobile experiences, including personalization, predictive insights, conversational interfaces, and search.
Translate customer needs, market insights, and digital strategy into clear product epics, stories, and technical requirements.
Stay ahead of emerging AI and mobile trends, translating them into actionable and compliant product strategies.
Drive data-informed decision-making using analytics, experimentation, and machine-learning-powered insights to improve engagement, retention, and growth.
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
Own prioritization, backlog grooming, and trade-off decisions for critical mobile journeys and product areas.
Deeply understand Commercial and Investment Banking client workflows, pain points, and opportunities, resolving them with intuitive mobile solutions.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
5+ years of product development experience in web and mobile applications across platforms and form factors.
Demonstrated experience delivering products powered by Generative AI or machine learning, including conversational or search-based interfaces.
Deep understanding of user-centered design and rapid prototyping (wireframes, prototypes, experimentation).
Experience in financial services, preferably in Commercial and Corporate Lending. Working knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets in wholesale banking preferred.
Experience leading large-scale digital or mobile transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban; proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Entrepreneurial mindset-bias for experimentation, learning, and speed while operating in a regulated environment.
