Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales and Strategic Accounts to lead our sales team and build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective success.
- Drive the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, and report regularly to the executive team.
Strategic Account Management:
- Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop account-specific strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with strategic accounts, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnerships.
Market Expansion:
- Research and identify opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase our market share.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the sales organization.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales team performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales processes and outcomes.
- Analyze and report on sales and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Ability to travel as required.
