Role:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Authorization Design to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will drive the technical design and implementation of authorization solutions, support enterprise integration initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of a modern, secure, cloud-enabled banking platform.
You will work closely with engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality authorization capabilities aligned with Zero Trust security principles.
Essential capabilities:
Design and deliver scalable authorization and access management solutions.
Create, maintain, and govern authorization design artifacts and technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to drive solution delivery.
Support API and microservices-based integration initiatives across enterprise platforms.
Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and delivery roadblocks.
Partner with Solution Engineers, Architects, and Product teams to define platform requirements.
Contribute to engineering best practices, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Qualifications and experience:
16-19 years of extensive experience in commercial Information Technology coupled with tertiary qualifications in Information Technology such as, BSc/BE in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence technical decisions and drive outcomes.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for engineering excellence.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments.

Skills Required
- 16-19 years of commercial Information Technology experience
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (BSc/BE Computer Science or related)
