Tasks and Qualifications:
P&L Leadership at Scale: Experience leading a business, region or company with >1 billion EUR, including direct responsibility for Commercial, Operational (preferably Project Management) and Service; responsibility or collaboration with other functions required (e.g. Finance, HR).
Transformation & Reorganization: Strong leadership track record with the ability to improve the core, reorganize businesses, create value and manage large scale transformations. Performance history of implementing change to deliver both financial and cultural results, through avenues such as new operating models, different go to market approach, digital service offerings as well as product/service innovation.
Integrated Industrial Solutions Business: Experience in a customer-centric integrated solution business with an industrial focus that encompasses software, hardware, and services in a project driven market environment. Exposure to supply chain technology (automation, material handling, etc.) and to Dematic’s end-markets would be advantageous.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated success managing a complex, project-oriented business with typical contract scale in the >50 million EUR range. Track record in working across functions and leveraging shared resources to deliver exceptional projects on-time and on-budget including complex software and hardware elements.
Business Acumen: General Manager with a proven track record of developing key relationships, leading to new business opportunities, development and management of strategic partnerships, and leading or supporting reorganization, change and bottom-line measures as well as business development and growth.
Inspirational Leader: Confident, resilient, mature, and courageous. Strong change agent and mindset. Forward-thinking executive, with the ability to spark turnaround and reorganization as well as mid/long term innovative & visionary thinking, enthusiasm, and collaborative momentum across the organization.
Passionate Developer of People: Proven leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to capitalize on and apply these skills to create highly effective and engaged teams.
Strong Communicator: A credible and effective communicator for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Articulates company strategy and vision in a way that transcends all levels. Builds trusting and enduring relationships across the organization.
Balanced Execution Approach: Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives, while delegating and holding teams accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.
