Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking a dynamic and accomplished General Manager/Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead our Employer Services vertical. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the Workforce Solutions President, with the opportunity to shape the future of our organization.
The SVP has full accountability for the ~$500MM P&L and will be responsible for accelerating the growth and enhancing the go to market strategy expanding into additional channels. The SVP will create and drive the strategy to align with business opportunities, developing a roadmap to maximize Employer Services' penetration with a targeted approach and industry specific solutions while leveraging Equifax’s unparalleled data and analytics capabilities. The SVP will enhance product platform and customer experience. This position is located in the Clayton, MO office (St. Louis)
What you’ll do

Provides organizational leadership, working closely with management to develop strategies, plans, policies, and long-term goals and actively drive company-wide growth and success.

Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership along with P&L accountability for the Employer Services vertical

Accountable for the go-to-market execution of the business including:

Business Development, Account Management, Customer Solutions and penetration

Product Innovation & Sales Execution and Enablement
-
Develop new multi-data solutions to expand value proposition
-
Expand into New Verticals and scale indirect distribution
-

Reinvigorate culture of “customer first,” develop and nurture strategic relationships including retention and growth new and existing partners

Works cross functionally across the matrixed organization in order to allocate company resources in the most efficient manner possible

Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.

Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

Optimize the handling of partner and customer relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance relationships.

Act as an advisor and mentor to reporting directors and actively develop successful leaders within managing groups.

Actively evaluate and focus on continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth.

Serve as a subject matter expert at industry events and with industry analysts and regularly speak on behalf of Employer Services and Equifax.
What experience you need
-
Minimum 15 years of related work experience in Employer Services, Human Capital Management, digital solutions, and/or other related industries

Experienced track record of sales success and driving revenue growth.

Experience developing and sustaining business relationships at Senior Executive levels.

Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

Experience with public speaking or presenting to senior leadership, e.g., CEO, Board of Directors

Experience managing remote teams

Proven leadership ability, industry-specific knowledge gained through experience.

Proven experience driving product roadmaps.

Demonstrated ability to apply seasoned business judgment to operational issues and advise on appropriate solutions.
