Littelfuse is currently restructuring and expanding its sustainability team to enhance our positive impact on the environment and society. In light of this, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sustainability Specialist to join our team and contribute to our ongoing sustainability efforts.
As a Specialist, you will be responsible for developing Littelfuse's sustainability reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the communication of information relating to sustainability issues between Littelfuse, its employees, and external stakeholders and help identify, evaluate, and mitigate material sustainability risks and issues as well as enhance the company’s positive development impacts. You will work closely with a broader multidisciplinary team of professionals and will report to the Sustainability Program Manager while building your profile as a valued sustainability subject matter expert.
This position offers a hybrid working model from our office in Kaunas city center or your home office.
About the Job:

Collection and follow up to receive relevant sustainability data necessary for annual sustainability report; (e.g. energy, water, waste consumptions and costs; calculating a corporate carbon footprint, including Scopes 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; other social and governance metrics)

Support both internal and external reporting activities and requirements to meet customer needs, including SAQ, RBA programs and disclosures

Assist in supporting the environmental data collection process in a central database

Partner with external rating agencies, including ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics to review, validate and analyze data

Support the communication of global GHG reduction initiatives and communicate site targets and progress

Support benchmark research initiatives as needed

Schedule, coordinate, and manage regular Sustainability team meetings and action items/follow-up
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in a similar position

Project management experience is required

Prior experience at a manufacturing company is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Lithuanian and English languages

Knowledge of sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices

Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting

Passionate about sustainability and interested in global best practices and innovation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sustainability reporting tools
