Sustainability Reporting AdvisorJob Description Summary
The Sustainability Reporting Advisor will be part of the Performance Reporting & Analytics stream within the Sustainability Program Management team. This role focuses on delivering sustainability data management and reporting services for clients across the APAC region.You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide data insights that support contract outcomes and drive progress toward sustainability targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on energy use, clean energy generation, water efficiency, waste management, and recycling. You will apply these insights across property portfolios, lease management, facilities operations, procurement, and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery of reporting services in line with contract KPIs.

About the Role:
- Deliver sustainability reporting services for APAC clients, ensuring outcomes align with contract KPIs.
- Prepare investor fund reports and emissions data for both voluntary (e.g., GRESB) and mandatory (e.g., NGERS) reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate sustainability databases, analyze datasets, and communicate environmental performance trends to stakeholders.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support high-quality sustainability outcomes.
- Contribute expertise to sustainability strategies, projects, and thought leadership while mentoring junior staff.
About You:
- Educational background in Environmental Science with a focus on Sustainability or relevant
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability-related roles
- Familiarity with the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)
- Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation of sustainability metrics
- Knowledge of regional sustainability frameworks and their practical application
