Littelfuse is currently restructuring and expanding its sustainability team to enhance our positive impact on the environment and society. In light of this, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Program Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious sustainability goals.
As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will play a key role in leading and implementing our company’s sustainability initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, set objectives, and drive programs that align with our sustainability vision.
This position offers a hybrid working model.
 

About the Job:

  • Manage environmental data collection platform and analysis of environmental data from our Global manufacturing sites

  • Manage data collection platform controls and validation to meet internal audit standards

  • Coordinate environmental data collection platform enhancement, data collection improvement and expansion, keeping in line with growing data requirements

  • Lead data collection and validation for annual sustainability report

  • Lead team managing customer requests related to sustainability program

  • Manage team providing sustainability data to third-party stakeholders, including various rating agencies and disclosure programs such as ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics

  • Manage the Sustainability assessments and operational program for manufacturing sites to meet key sustainability metrics and KPIs

  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate about sustainability program including intern presentations, engagement with manufacturing site leaders and new hire introduction programs

  • Management responsibilities for sustainability specialist and sustainability analyst
     

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Proven 7+ years of experience in a project management position with sustainability-related topics

  • 2+ years’ experience managing a team

  • Prior experience at global manufacturing company is required

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian languages

  • Strong background in Sustainability, including in-depth knowledge of the GHG Protocols

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact

The salary range for this position is 4100 – 4600 € gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
