Incumbent Employee from a Client Transition
. Support the development of the service catalogue and develop new energy-related services in line with market needs, including at least energy audits, decarbonisation audits, CRREM analysis, LEED/BREEAM certification support studies, optimisation of building energy performance, energy modelling, etc.;
· Implement the afore mentioned energy, sustainability & ESG consulting services applicable to the real estate sector;
· Provide technical support to the team and promote excellence in delivery quality;
· Work with the client to define energy efficiency strategies and objectives and implement the necessary actions to achieve them;
· Always make all existing information available and issue technical opinions in the best interests of the client, contributing to appropriate energy management decision-making and supporting the implementation of such decisions;
· Improve and communicate sustainability performance in the field of energy and report ESG metrics for real estate assets and/or client portfolios or those developed or managed by C&W;
· Develop management tools, models and processes to simplify energy-related services in innovative ways focused on improving the communication of sustainability data to key stakeholders.
