Littelfuse is currently restructuring and expanding its sustainability team to enhance our positive impact on the environment and society. In light of this, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sustainability Analyst to join our team and contribute to our sustainability initiatives. As an early career professional, you will support the communication of information relating to sustainability issues between Littelfuse, its employees, and external stakeholders and help collect and analyze global environmental data from the Littelfuse manufacturing sites and enhance the company’s positive development impacts. You will work closely with a broader multidisciplinary team of professionals and will report to the Sustainability Program Manager while building your profile as a valued sustainability subject matter expert.
This position offers a hybrid working model from our office in Kaunas city center or your home office.
 

About the Job:

  • Manage the environmental data collection platform, to ensure accurate buildings, users and activities align with the Company’s GHG Inventory Management Plan (e.g. energy, water, waste consumptions, and costs; calculating a corporate carbon footprint, including Scopes 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions)

  • Partner with global manufacturing site contacts to ensure timely collection of environmental data

  • Provide guidance, support, training, and data analytics for global manufacturing sites to help educate and support initiatives to improve environmental impact at our manufacturing sites

  • Regularly communicate site targets and progress with global teams

  • Manage the customer sustainability inbox to ensure timely and accurate data regarding the company’s sustainability program is provided to customers

  • Analyze requests from customers and make recommendations to the Sustainability Steering Committee on areas of opportunity

  • Assist with the implementation of additional data collection that may be needed as sustainability reporting requirements evolve

  • Support both internal and external reporting activities and requirements – e.g. for the annual Ecovadis submission, CDP report and Littelfuse Sustainability Report - and respond to requests for information from the company’s central environmental data platform

  • Schedule, coordinate and manage regular Sustainability team meetings and action items/follow-up

  • Support the annual assessment of site progress towards sustainability objectives

  • Support the management, organization, and participation at industry events to enhance the company’s knowledge and reputation on key sustainability topics
     

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or other relevant software

  • Familiarity with sustainability standards, regulations, and reporting frameworks

  • Prior experience at a manufacturing company would be beneficial

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Lithuanian and English languages

  • Passion for sustainability and interest in global best practices and innovation

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data reporting

The salary range for this position is 2300 – 2700 € gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
