  • This job is night shift supporting our NYC office
  • Start Date in July 2024
  • This job is a hybrid setup. In-office is required 3 days per week. Note: 5 days on-site will be required during your training period, and until after you achieve your target KPI. After that, hybrid setup for 3 in-office days per week in our Armstrong Corporate Center – Makati.

Who You Are:

  • 1-2 years in survey programming or equivalent roles (e.g., software engineering, product engineering, quantitative roles).
  • Proficient with survey programming tools such as Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, CMix, or Survey Monkey.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS); JavaScript experience is a bonus.
  • Familiar with programming languages and technologies such as XML, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of excellent time management.
  • Quick learner with a passion for programming and a desire to learn new software and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and program quantitative surveys on platforms such as Decipher/Forsta.
  • Work closely with client service teams and other programmers during the survey design process.
  • Implement quality control measures, including survey testing and data checking procedures, to ensure error-free skips and rotation.
  • Maintain a library of survey templates and create tools and job aids for knowledge base building.
  • Suggest design improvements, enhance departmental efficiency, and develop new best practices.
  • Provide technical support to staff as needed.
  • Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
