Summary:
As a Surveillance Investigator, you serve as a vital safeguard for the integrity, safety, and compliance of our property. You are responsible for monitoring and identifying unusual or illegal activity across all areas of the casino, helping to protect guests, team members, and company assets. Your attention to detail, commitment to compliance, and adherence to case management procedures help ensure that operations remain secure, fair, and aligned with all regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Utilize approved surveillance equipment to identify, document, and report illegal or unusual activity across all gaming and non-gaming areas of the property, including back-of-house operations
  • Accurately report all illegal and suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of Surveillance Investigator trainees
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in gaming surveillance operations or equivalent gaming-related experience preferred
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems with limited standardization, using common sense and sound judgment
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
  • At least 21 Years of Age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
