Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years stage management experience
- Leadership experience in stage management or entertainment teams
- Experience in the entertainments industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player who is flexible, enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, loading and unloading
- Willingness to act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers
