At Bacio Italiano, every great dining experience is created by a team working together. While guests may not always see everything happening behind the scenes, our Support Staff are the people who keep service moving, help our team succeed, and make sure every guest receives the experience they deserve. From running a perfectly timed dish to keeping a server's section ready, this role is about teamwork, attention to detail, and taking pride in the small things that make a big difference. What You'll Do
- Support servers and bartenders by keeping service running smoothly.
- Deliver food to guests with confidence and attention to detail.
- Maintain clean, organized dining rooms and service areas.
- Clear, reset, and prepare tables for incoming guests.
- Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate what the team needs before being asked.
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to create a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.

Skills Required
- Must be 18+ years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of principles for dealing directly with the public
- Ability to handle cash, give change and balance cash drawer at the end of shift
- Standing and walking during entire 8-hour shift
- Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours and carries supplies
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi regular basis
