You’ll help us deliver excellent day-to-day support while freeing up the team to focus on education, content, and strategy. This role is perfect if you’re early in your career, curious, and want to grow into more advanced areas like product enablement or automation.
What you’ll do
Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support via email and other channels.
Learn our product inside out and develop troubleshooting skills.
Spot patterns and surface recurring issues to the team.
Document solutions, update help center content, and share insights with Product.
Take ownership of operational tasks (ticket categorization, tagging, reporting).
What we’re looking for
1+ years of support or service experience (or transferable skills).
Excellent written English communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in productivity tools and learning technical systems.
Growth mindset: you’re eager to expand into content, automation, or enablement over time.
Bonus points if you have experience in
Personal productivity methods and apps
Content creation (articles, videos)
AI & automation
User education and enablement programs
