As a Support Specialist for EMEA Key Accounts, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with our key customers, assisting Key Account Managers, and driving process automation. Responsibilitieshandling day-to-day communication with key customers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
supporting Key Account Managers in the area of requests for quotations (RFQs) and customer price lists
managing, digitalising and automating business processes
supporting sales projects for Key Accounts in the EMEA region as well as global ones
supporting Key Account Managers in their daily work
preparing analyses, presentations and other materials for internal needs and meetings with clients
higher education
fluency in English, both spoken and written (min. level B2) - a must
communicative in Polish
customer service experience is welcome
ability to think outside the box in terms of problems arising, creativity and independence of action
high communication skills and openness - both towards people and new knowledge
well-developed skills of data analysis and synthesis
knowledge of MS Office, with Excel in particular
