Hard Skills - Must have:
- Experience and knowledge in SQL Server, SSIS, Data Intake (xml, Csv, etc ) , General Scripting Knowledge, Visual Studio
- Experience and knowledge working with integrations between platforms (with API, CSV, XML, etc)
- Willingness to learn or improve his knowledge in these technologies
Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
- Experience in application support, working with legacy platforms and a distributed team across different time zones
- Familiarity with MDM platforms, TIBCO, and related technologies, along with experience in SQL, cloud and infrastructure
- Experience and knowledge in SSIS
- Experience in tools (SoapUI / Postman)
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
- Communication and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality support, with an emphasis on system compliance and operational support
- Willingness to learn or improve his knowledge if needed
- Be Proactive and take initiative
