Support Services Coordinator II - E12B
Annual Salary: $54,845.82 + Full state benefit
Travel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
GENERAL FUNCTION
Under direction, plans, organizes and supervises the activities of lower-level staff involving the inspection, evaluation and maintenance status of assets owned or leased by Oklahoma Human Services in an assigned geographical area; this includes serving as a liaison for internal and external support services; guides staff through processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of the curriculum requirements for a baccalaureate degree and three (3) years of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration;
- OR: an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts inspections of offices and fleet in areas of operation and maintenance in assigned regional area; supervises the activities of assigned staff regarding process/procedure/tracking of agency assets (owned or leased) in assigned regional area; Administers office space and vehicle
reservation systems in assigned regional area, responsible for office status updates in regional area, serves as safety coordinator where assigned, facilitates fleet afterhours emergency calls, trains and evaluates subordinate staff.
