Join our Support Services team – the operational backbone of our growing business. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

What we're looking for:

  • 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (Maths & English) or equivalent

  • strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation,

  • proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • excellent written and verbal communication

  • strong IT capabilities

  • previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential – full training provided

What you’ll do:

  • reception and visitor management

  • post, courier, and stationery coordination

  • document and credit card record management

  • travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements

  • ad hoc departmental support

This is a varied role offering exposure to different parts of the business and opportunities to make a real impact.
