We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, SAP IBP. This is a remote position and can be anywhere in Brazil. 

Position Summary

The role of the Support Engineer, SAP IBP is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting the mentioned SAP technologies. The role of the Support Engineer, SAP IBP requires the expertise and skills to diagnose serious issues; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsibility to provide incident, change request and enhancements support to Application Management Services (AMS) customers.
• Evaluate customers business needs, contributing to overall strategic planning of SAP systems
• Document defects and tracks defect resolution
• Custom reports
• Focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience supporting / implementing SAP IBP.
• Minimum of 4 years of SAP IBP experience as consultant, IT support or key-user
• Experience under business and industry processes.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.
• Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 1 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.
• Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of the Software Configuration Management. Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM related area or field of study.

Language

• Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required.

• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational skills.
• Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.
• Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions.
• Ability to create and meet timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints.
• Supply Chain process knowledge: supply chain planning, demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning.
