Provides remote support for SAP MM and eWM applications in highly customized 4.x and ECC environments. Troubleshoots complex incidents, configures modules, supports Brazil-specific localizations, develops or coordinates break fixes, and assists customers through remote connectivity. The role requires documentation, knowledge transfer, SLA-driven incident management, collaboration across global teams, and flexible participation in 24x7x365 support operations. Fluency in English and Portuguese and at least five years of relevant SAP and end-user support experience are required.

Provides remote support for SAP ABAP and BTP environments, troubleshooting complex incidents and developing, testing, and deploying fixes.
