Support Engineer MTP

Job Description

Mission :

As an engineer at Renishaw, your main task is to work with a variety of applications related to integrated measurement and automatic process control on machine tools of all brands, and to provide installation, technical support, and training to our clients for the use of our products, traveling up to 4 days a week to client sites.

Main Responsibilities :

• Installation and commissioning of probes for machine tools

• Technical training for clients

• Troubleshooting and identifying faults in our probing systems

• Performing preventive maintenance tasks

• Developing applications and conducting software demonstrations

• Contributing to client satisfaction through professionalism and quality of work provided

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in technical engineering or higher (preferably in mechanical or electronic engineering)

• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial metrology environment

• Person with excellent ability to work independently, accustomed to solving complex problems, and results and customer-oriented

• Ability to understand clients' technical needs and implement solutions within a given timeframe

• Used to working in changing environments, flexible, and able to maintain a good collaborative working environment

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Driver's license and availability for occasional travel abroad

• Available to travel up to 80% of the time
